This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Blockchain Developer in India.

As a Blockchain Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms that aim to transform the way financial applications operate. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team of engineers, researchers, and product experts to design, develop, and optimize decentralized applications (dApps) and decentralized exchange (DEX) protocols. The role offers an environment where innovation, technical mastery, and problem-solving are highly valued. You will contribute to the mainnet launch and ongoing development of blockchain solutions while working in a dynamic and flexible setting that encourages collaboration, continuous learning, and creative experimentation.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for :

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining DeFi applications and smart contracts, with a primary focus on Solidity.
  • Implementing and improving DEX protocols, ensuring high performance, security, and reliability.
  • Conducting static analysis, invariant testing, and code audits to maintain software quality.
  • Collaborating closely with Engineering, Research, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Proposing and implementing enhancements to the DeFi platform based on technical assessment and user feedback.
  • Staying up to date with blockchain technologies, EVM innovations, and best practices in decentralized finance.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

  • 0.5–2 years of professional experience in Solidity development and smart contract programming.
  • Proficiency with development tools such as Foundry, Hardhat, Web3.js, and ethers.js.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, decentralized exchanges, and blockchain concepts.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript and experience with EVM-related technologies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a collaborative environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to evolving project needs.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with Yul or other static analysis and security tools.
  • A passion for Web3, DeFi, and blockchain innovation.
  • Ability to assess new dApp feature opportunities and contribute strategically to product evolution.
