HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our remote HR team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a willingness to learn recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Source and screen candidates from various job portals and social media.

Call and schedule interviews for potential candidates.

Maintain candidate databases and track the hiring process.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain daily recruitment reports and updates.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi / English).

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn HR and recruitment practices.
