Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer / Manager based in Jalandhar,Ludhiana,chandigarh, Jammu with some work from home permitted. The Sales Engineer / Manager will be responsible for driving sales of industrial automation products, providing technical support, and maintaining excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, demonstrating product solutions, and developing detailed technical proposals. The role requires strong communication skills to effectively liaise between customers and the technical team, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales Engineering and Sales roles
Technical Support skills, including the ability to provide engineering solutions
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Proficiency in handling industrial automation products is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in the industrial automation sector is preferred
