Customer Relations Co-Worker

As a Customer Relations Co-Worker you will play a key role in ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable and seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include : Providing exceptional customer service : Be helpful friendly and solution-oriented when interacting with customers. Handling complaints and inquiries : Listen actively to customers resolve their concerns efficiently and escalate issues when necessary. Optimizing the shopping experience : Ensure your workspace is well-equipped organized and efficient at all times. Processing payments : Handle transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring a positive checkout experience. Assisting with product assembly & exchanges : Help customers with assembly concerns and exchange components when needed. Supporting store goals : Understand and contribute to the stores commercial action plan to maximize sales and profitability. Ensuring store safety & compliance : Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
