Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, located in Chennai. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages, such as coffee and tea, and ensuring proper food preparation. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace, assisting with customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and managing orders efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills, with experience in preparing beverages and food items
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Customer-centric approach with proven ability to deliver outstanding Customer Service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a café or food service environment is a plus
