Job descriptionOversee day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and compliance. Prepare financial reports, MIS, and investor presentations. Monitor company expenses, cash flow, and cost control measures. Support fundraising activities and investor visits. Ensure compliance with tax laws, audits, and statutory regulations. Collaborate with management to align financial strategy with business goals. Train and guide junior finance staff as Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in finance / accounting / audit (startup or corporate exposure preferred). Education : Bachelor's / Master's in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Languages : Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Gender : Open to male and female candidates. Age Limit : 25-45 years. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to handle investor interactions and financial challenges.
