Executive Director – Global Finance | India
Our client is seeking an Executive Director – Global Finance to drive global finance strategy, digital transformation, and end-to-end IPO execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance globally.
- Manage IPO preparations with bankers, auditors, and regulators.
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across geographies.
- Build and mentor a high-performing global finance team (70+ members).
