Lawyer - Commercial Litigation

Practice Overview :

The Litigation & Arbitration team handles a broad range of complex disputes across sectors including infrastructure, energy, banking, real estate, shareholder & JV disputes, regulatory enforcement, and white-collar litigation. Our team regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums (domestic and international).

Role Overview :

As part of our premier Dispute Resolution team, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end litigation and arbitration matters, including strategy formulation, legal drafting, court appearances, client engagement, and case management. The role offers exposure to both court litigation and arbitration (ad hoc and institutional), as well as regulatory proceedings.

Key Responsibilities :

Litigation :

• Represent clients in commercial disputes before courts, tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, SAT, etc.), and quasi-judicial authorities
• Draft and review pleadings, writs, petitions, appeals, applications, and affidavits
• Handle briefing and coordination with senior counsel for complex matters
• Manage litigation strategy and timelines for multiple jurisdictions and forums
