Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, managing key relationships, expanding the company’s client base, and ensuring the growth of cocoa and dairy product distribution. The role requires strong industry expertise, customer relationship management skills, and a results-oriented approach to achieve sales targets in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for cocoa and dairy products in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, food manufacturers, and institutional clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement and account management.
- Execute product promotions and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
- Report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide business strategy.
- Ensure prompt stock availability and timely order fulfillment by coordinating with logistics and supply chain teams.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
- Support sales team training and mentor junior staff as needed, especially in complex product or export scenarios.
- Stay updated on import / export regulations regarding cocoa, dairy, and related food products.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events as required.
Required Qualifications / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the cocoa, dairy, or broader FMCG sector.Strong knowledge of local and international market dynamics in cocoa and dairy.Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Able to work independently and as part of a team; willing to travel as needed.Prior experience with import / export markets and B2B / B2C channels is advantageous.Preferred Skills
