Key Responsibilities :

- Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and headhunting, leveraging expertise in sourcing and screening.
- Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers, ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics, providing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that drives success.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

2–10 years of experience in IT recruitment, with proven expertise in ERP, CRM, and niche technologies.Prior experience working on Birlasoft hiring is highly preferred, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in different project environments.Strong sourcing skills using portals like Naukri and other platforms, enabling efficient candidate identification and engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, meeting deadlines and delivering results under pressure.") ,
