Job Description :

• We are seeking an experienced W2 US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT technologies and business units.
• The successful candidate will be technically well-versed on core IT technologies with basic knowledge, and possess expert-level skills in building Boolean strings.
• Key qualifications include hands-on experience with W2, recruiting citizens, green cards, EADs, and working on challenging core IT roles.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes across various IT technologies & business units.
• Technically well-versed on core IT technologies with basic knowledge.
• Expert in building Boolean strings.
• Hands-on experience with W2.
• Expert level experience in recruiting citizens, green cards, EAD's.
• Should have hands-on experience working on challenging core IT roles.
• Cold calling.
• Willing to work multiple requirements.
• Experience working on SI-implementation partners, state clients', & direct client roles.
• Experience in negotiating compensations to onboard a candidate.
• Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and etc.
• Experience working with AT-S / VMs.
• Willing to work in US timings / Night shift (EST / CST / PST / MST).
• Performance based.
