Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Director located in Gurugram. The Retail Store Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, overseeing sales activities, ensuring excellent customer service, and supervising and training store staff. The role will also involve setting and meeting sales targets, managing inventory, and ensuring the store's appearance aligns with company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Store Management and Commerce
• Strong Sales skills and a proven track record in sales
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Experience in Training and managing staff
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize expenses
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Experience in the eyewear or retail industry is a plus
