Responsibilities
- Acting as a strategic advisor to drive business results
- Act as a change agent to drive and manage organizational change initiatives within the sales team
- Ensure end to end recruitment for Sales Managers, Sales Officers and Frontliners on third party payroll
- Facilitate training and development programs to build management capability and improve sales staff skills
- Drive interventions to keep employees engaged
- Managing performance management process for the respective stakeholders
Qualifications
Having MBA Degree2 - 3 years of experience as HRBP along with experience in handling sales workforceStrong organization, communication and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasksProficient in Stakeholder Management
