Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead for Home Loans, located in Gurgaon. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the home loan process, including managing a team of loan officers, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing loan applications, coordinating with financial institutions, auditing loan documents, and providing financial guidance to clients. The Team Lead will also monitor market trends to offer competitive loan products.

• Knowledge of Accounting and Auditing principles

• Experience in the home loan industry is a plus
