Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, resource planning, and risk management.
- Manage P&L for assigned business units, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and client services to align project goals.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 16 years of experience in operations and project management within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors.B.Tech in Civil, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering.Demonstrated experience in managing large teams and complex project portfolios.Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills & Attributes
PMP or equivalent project management certification.Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.Exposure to international projects or clients is a plus.Skills Required
