Techno-Functional Consultant – Oracle Retail (RMS)

About the Role :

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, ReSA, RPM) to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and supporting complex retail systems while contributing to innovation in retail technology using modern architecture and tools.

Responsibilities :

Support, configure, and enhance Oracle Retail applications – RMS, ReSA, RPM

Write and optimize Oracle PL / SQL , Pro

• C , and UNIX shell scripts

Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile / Scrum environment

Work on integration buses, message services , and SOA-based architecture

Use Git / GitLab for version control and support CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, Maven / Gradle

Contribute to event-driven microservices architecture (Kafka, REST APIs, AWS / Kubernetes – bonus)

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field

4+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Retail (RMS)

Knowledge of ReSA, RPM , and related Oracle Retail modules

Strong in PL / SQL, Pro

Experience with Agile / Scrum, version control (Git), and job schedulers (TES or similar)

Nice to Have :

Experience with Kafka , Kubernetes , CI / CD , and AWS cloud

Familiarity with event-driven design , REST APIs , and microservices architecture
