Automation Manager Digital

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the automation strategy and implementation across AEC projects ensuring alignment with business and project goals.
• Develop deploy and maintain automation tools / scripts for Revit Dynamo Navisworks and other BIM platforms.
• Create and manage custom solutions using C# Python and Revit API to improve productivity and model accuracy.
• Establish standardized automation workflows for multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
• Integrate automation solutions with Power BI dashboards and other data visualization / reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams BIM managers and discipline leads to identify opportunities for automation.
• Evaluate and implement emerging industry technologies (AI / ML cloud-based collaboration design automation digital twins etc.).
• Manage a team of automation specialists and provide technical leadership training and mentorship.
• Ensure automation workflows comply with industry standards (ISO19650 company BIM protocols etc.).
• Partner with IT and software vendors to maintain an updated automation ecosystem.
