Experience Required : Minimum 7+ years as Product Owner or Technical BA in Telecom domain, with 12+ years total professional experience preferred

Certification : CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) preferred

Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst with a robust background in telecom and secure communication protocols to drive the development and delivery of next-generation telecom solutions.

This role blends product ownership, technical insight, and domain expertise to bridge business needs with technology execution in cloud-native and microservices architectures.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring prioritized user stories with clear acceptance criteria aligned to business goals and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, design, and operations) to facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and domain expert for telecom-specific technologies including TLS, IPsec, HTTPS, SIP, and telephony systems like SIP / WebRTC.
• Drive requirements gathering, detailed user story development, and technical documentation for secure telecom products.
• Coordinate integration strategies involving GIS mapping, third-party APIs, and microservices architectures optimized for cloud-native deployment.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate complex telecom and security protocols into actionable development tasks and solutions.
• Support risk identification and mitigation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security best practices.
• Provide thought leadership and mentoring within the product team on telecom domain specifics and Agile delivery best practices.
