Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition. The Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, developing and executing effective recruiting strategies, employer branding, and among other tasks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Yr of Experience in Hiring
• Hiring and Recruiting skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Employer Branding
• Experience in Non IT Recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices and trends
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
