Key responsibilitiesData analysis and reporting : Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and develop custom dashboards for management. This includes analyzing KPIs, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights. Data management and integrity : Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating information from multiple sources, performing maintenance, and monitoring data quality. System maintenance and automation : Support and manage the company's information systems, and automate repetitive tasks using tools like Excel macros or BI software. Cross-functional collaboration : Work with other departments (e.g., operations, quality, training) to gather data and ensure systems meet business needs. Technical support : Provide technical expertise and guidance on information systems and software implementation, and help train staff on new tools. Strategic planning : Use data analysis to contribute to strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance improvement initiatives.
