Supply Planning / Center of Excellence Lead

Supply Planning COE Lead will play a pivotal role in driving best-in-class global supply planning practices across the organization. The role focuses on building sustainable planning capabilities, establishing governance, and ensuring adoption of standardized planning processes and digital tools. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with regional supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to deliver excellence in customer service, inventory management, and process efficiency.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive Supply Planning COE strategy aligned with the companys global supply chain objectives. (20%)
• Lead the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of supply planning processes, systems, and tools across multiple geographies. (15%)
• Provide subject matter expertise and training to regional teams on planning methodologies, analytical tools, and best practices to ensure capability building. (10%)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with regional supply chain, commercial, finance, and IT teams to ensure integration of planning processes and alignment with broader transformation initiatives. (15%)
• Integrate business requirements into technology solutions and ensure effective implementation of digital / AI-based planning platforms. (10%)
• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization. (10%)
• Ensure optimal deployment of inventory and capacity across the global network and drive root cause analysis for supply issues. (10%)
• Act as custodian for advanced planning solutions (e.g., O9, Blue Yonder, or similar tools) and ensure their successful adoption across regions. (5%)
• Provide leadership and mentorship to supply planners across regions, fostering collaboration, continuous learning, and capability development. (3%)
• Manage cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely delivery of business outcomes. (2%)
