Job descriptionStrong Python skills and familiarity with libraries like NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially services like S3, Lambda, EC2. Experience in microservices and serverless computing (preferred). Strong experience in design, implementation, and optimization of RDBMS databases, especially Postgres, MySQL / MariaDB. Experience in client relationship management, project coordination, and delivery management in an onsite-offshore model. Experience in developing technical / software design applications.
Responsibilities :
- Improve the technical competence of the team through training and development.
- Manage and deliver projects from conceptualization to final execution, including scope and change requests.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance and support to the team.
- Monitor development and unit-testing activities, and report on project progress.
- Interact with clients to create technical specifications and business functional requirements.
- Guide the team in defining technical architecture for projects, including finalizing DB schema.
- Review and improve code, performance, stability, and scalability of deliverables.
