We are now expanding our engineering team and are looking for an exceptionally strong Python Lead Developer to help build the next generation of AI-driven platforms and products.

Role Overview

As a Python Lead Developer, you will lead backend and platform development for our AI products. You’ll architect scalable systems, mentor developers, and work closely with our AI / ML, product, and chip engineering teams to build high-performance pipelines, services, and tooling.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, scaling systems from scratch, and working with cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Python developers; drive coding standards, best practices, and architecture decisions.
• Own end-to-end design and development of backend systems, APIs, microservices, and platform components.
• Work closely with AI / ML teams to integrate models (ASR, LLMs, VLMs, RAG, Agents, etc.) into production systems.
