Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive – HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Gurgaon . This role will lead HR operations for the assigned vertical / process, support business functions, drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, and ensure policy compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Employee Relations : Address and resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently;

track and report resolution Turnaround Time (TAT).

monitor half-yearly andannual appraisals.
