Role Description

We’re looking for a Scrum Master who thrives in a startup environment — someone who can blend agile delivery, hands-on problem-solving, and servant leadership to help our engineering teams deliver high-quality software faster and smarter.

You’ll work closely with software engineers, QA, DevOps, and product owners to enable smooth sprint execution and remove roadblocks across projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions for one or more agile teams.
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure sprint goals are clear, measurable, and achievable.
• Track and communicate team progress using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Trello .
• Identify and resolve delivery impediments, dependencies, and risks quickly.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement , coaching the team to adopt better practices over time.
• Support release planning, velocity tracking, and reporting for leadership.
• Guide team members and stakeholders in understanding agile values, principles, and frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to align sprint objectives with technical priorities and platform milestones.
• Ensure agile ceremonies deliver business value — not just process compliance.
• Encourage collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product to streamline workflows and reduce friction.

Qualifications

certification (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) preferred but not required.
