Looking for 10-13 years of L1 Support experience

  • Technically skilled in IIS, monitoring, and alerting tools Datadog ,
  • Power automates(power script), AWS / Azure, ticketing tools like ServiceNow or any tools
  • They need to have certification of ITIL or minimum 5 years of ITIL processes followed in their support project, previous exp in 24 / 7 and 24 / 5 production L1 support projects
  • Analyzing incidents or services, updating resolution notes
  • Adaptability to learn new technologies like salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills- since they should directly interact with stakeholders
  • Experience in managing or handling managed service projects
