Job Title : Workday Integration Developer

Location : Offshore – Remote (India)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise across Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll integrations. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on technical skills in Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, along with experience in security, documentation, testing, and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday Finance, HCM, Benefits, and Payroll integrations.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Workday Studio integrations, EIBs, and perform code reviews, defect fixes, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with Security teams to design and implement User Provisioning interfaces.
• Create detailed integration design documentation, including mapping specifications and unit test plans.
• Conduct data analysis between Workday and external systems to ensure data integrity and alignment.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, driving knowledge-sharing and team-building activities.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources to ensure successful integration deployments.
