Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

• Ability to review the RFP, identity the employer requirement, develop a methodology for delivery, prepare an efforts estimate, develop staffing plan & work breakdown schedule, form the delivery team and kick off the project, provide high level design development / origination support to team and followed by verification of the design prior to delivery by meeting client expectation, quality within the budget and timelines.
• Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team and provides strategic support to technical director on recruitment hires and team development.
• Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise. Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables. Develops civils & technical specifications. Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings. Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
