Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive technical projects and provide leadership to your team members and project peers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Manage a high-performing Water-Wastewater team's utilization and ensure team engagement. You will be acting as resource manager and will be assigning projects / tasks to the team members.
• Set clear expectations and create a positive work environment based on accountability, in collaboration with the engineering teams.
• Developing process and practices to deliver the water and wastewater projects and would lead the implementation of the same in the group.
• Carrying out and overseeing the functional, preliminary and detailed designs, and developing strategies with hands on design, leading to planning applications and construction drawings. You can expect to be active on a number of projects / client accounts at any given time. You will be supported by a team of technical staff of various grades.
• Internal client liaison, assisting in the preparation of fee proposals and financial control of projects when acting as a package project manager. It represents an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate.
• Ensuring your projects are delivered to budget, program, technical standards and meet QA, Sustainability and HSE requirements.
• Liaison with all T&I business line team members both in Canada and India.
• Collaborate with the T&I team leads globally in iCRC to promote and market team capabilities and services and maximize project utilization and billable work for the team.
• Bring digital experience and mindset to the team to promote and market digital capabilities and automation of Infrastructure designs, CAD work, Bentley, MicroStation, Civil 3D, BIM et
