Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to our clients to manage reconciliation and reporting activities and ensure compliance in all the aspects as per client requirements. Lead the team of 3-4 people and get the work smoothly executed from team Smooth interaction with client's point of contact on day-to-day basis Responsible for sharing periodic reports to client's management as per standard templates Ensure that periodic milestones set by the client are smoothly met and discussion of issues faced on timely basis
- Being responsive to client demands, project deadlines, and addressing team queries and resolution. Ensure minimal escalations from client.
Qualification
Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) B.Com / M.Com / Similar finance related qualificationsCompetencies
Strong accounting background and basic understanding of accounting standards and Principles, financial statements, direct and indirect taxes. Hands on Microsoft office skills Good communications skills, stakeholder management and status reporting experience. Experience and ability in leading a team of at least 5 members would be added advantage. Ability to manage demanding clients through improvement planning and long-term vision of improving service levels. Have experience in process review, continuous process improvement and driving efficiency in team. Should take ownership of his / her work and initiate required activities to get the results. Problem solving attitude.Additional Information
