As a Project Manager at Infopro Learning , you will play a pivotal role in leading the full project lifecycle — ensuring delivery excellence in quality, cost, and timelines . You will manage client engagements end-to-end, drive operational efficiency, and contribute to account growth and repeat business .

This role calls for a blend of strong project management acumen , client partnership skills , and deep understanding of the eLearning industry , with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design .

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Management :
• Develop, execute, and monitor detailed project plans aligned with client requirements, delivery milestones, and business goals.
• Deliver Excellence :
• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, manage expectations proactively, and position Infopro Learning as a trusted partner for future opportunities.
• Team Collaboration :
• Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including SMEs, Instructional Designers, Media, and Delivery Managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Drive Innovation :
• Encourage and implement innovative ideas that lead to cost optimization , productivity enhancement , and quality improvements .
• People & Performance Management :
• Handle day-to-day team matters — including leave planning, conflict resolution, workload management, and skill development — fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Operational Efficiency :
• Prepare and maintain accurate billing, MIS, and status reports for internal and client stakeholders.
• Ensure optimal utilization of all resources — people, tools, and budgets.
