Key Responsibilities :
- Assist Guest Relations Executives in ensuring seamless guest arrivals and departures
- Prepare and organize welcome kits, local guides, and in-villa information for guests
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate reservations, transport, dining, spa services, and local experiences for guests
- Offer personalized recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
- Maintain updated records of guest preferences, requests, and service feedback
- Support guest complaint resolution by escalating to the Guest Relations Executive when necessary
- Ensure timely execution of special requests such as celebrations, surprises, or amenities
- Monitor villa readiness and coordinate with housekeeping, transport, and maintenance teams
Key Requirements :
Education : Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management
Technical Skills :
Strong understanding of guest service basics and hospitality etiquetteAbility to use guest management systems, reservation platforms, and communication toolsPersonal Traits :
