About the Role :

We are seeking a Corporate Human Resource Head to support a leading Manufacturing Company.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and manage hiring, training, and employee development

Lead and guide the entire HR team and build strong employee relations.

Handle labour laws, compliance, and factory-related HR policies

Set up HR systems, policies, and performance processes

Drive company culture, engagement, and leadership development

Support business goals with the right people strategy

Report HR metrics and insights to top management

Experience :

10+ years of experience is required

Qualifications :

Proven leadership in HR across industries in manufacturing, chemical, textiles or any sectors.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliance in India
