Job Title : Senior Software Engineer ServiceNow SAM / HAM Developer

Experience Required : 67 Years (with at least 4 years in SAM Development & 23 years in HAM)

Location : Remote

Employment Type : 12months + Extendible

Key Skills / Requirements :

• 4+ years in ServiceNow SAM Development (must be hands-on development, not support).
• 23 years in HAM development / customization.
• Strong hands-on skills in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts.
• Experience with REST / SOAP integrations & IntegrationHub.
• Expertise in license models, entitlements, reconciliation, normalization, and reclamation.
• Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.
• Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
