Manager Civil

Position Summary :

Data Center Civil Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The manager coordinates with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage all phases of data center construction projects, from design and permitting through to commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with construction plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align project objectives and resolve issues.
• Monitor project performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety policies on-site.
• Lead teams of construction managers, engineers, and site supervisors, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement in construction processes and methodologies.
