Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist with 2–8 years of inside sales and lead generation experience , preferably in U.S. markets. This role is critical to driving top-of-funnel activity, including sales prospecting, cold outreach, and appointment setting and setting up qualified meetings with decision-makers. You will work closely with the Sales Director to open new conversations, nurture leads, and build the foundation for long-term B2B sales growth
Key Responsibilities
- Research and build prospect lists across target industries.
- Drive outreach through , email, and phone to engage decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals.
- Maintain CRM and track activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings set).
- Manage and continuously refresh your own prospect database.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and follow-up sequences.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback from conversations.
Performance Expectations
Consistently generate new qualified meetings with target accounts.Ensure accurate documentation of activities in CRM / tools.Contribute to the creation of early-stage opportunities that support overall revenue goals.Collaborate with Sales Director and Marketing to improve outreach effectiveness.Requirements
Bachelor’s and / or MBA preferred; 2–8 years of inside sales, business development, or B2B SaaS sales experience .Prior experience in U.S. market prospecting is essential.Relevant experience with inside sales role in International Market(North America / US ) in IT industry dealing with products / services like Contact center ( IVR / Cloud telephony) most preferable.Exposure to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning, Chatbot, RPA, Cloud / Infra Services (Azure, AWS, GCP)Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Hands-on with Sales Navigator, Apollo, or equivalent sales prospecting tools .Self-driven : able to manage own prospect lists and outreach.Resilient and curious, comfortable in a fast-paced, new-market journey.
