About the Role

We are looking for kind-hearted and empathetic home care employees in the Northern Illawarra area that will provide support to our IRT home care customers by ensuring they receive personalised care that is tailored to promote their well-being, empower independence and engagement in preferred activities that are aligned with their health, happiness and interests.

Being a Homecare employee is about helping and assisting customers to maintain their independence and quality of life while remaining in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

For this role, we are looking for :

• Home Care Employee – Grade 3 or 4B - Casual - Located in the Northern Illawarra area.
• Certificate III or IV in Ageing is needed
• An accredited Medication Competency (a nice to have)
• Certificate & at least 500 hours experience in Home care and / or Aged care
• Monday – Friday and some weekends. Hours vary between 7am - 5pm.
