Domestic Assistant - Elanora

Bethanie is a leading not for profit aged care provider based in Western Australia. We are currently seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join the team providing support services at Bethanie Elanora Aged Care Facility in Bunbury. Bethanie Elanora in Bunbury is an 81 bed facility located close to the beach, offering comfortable and happy living as well as some of the best aged care facilities in the area. We also offer secure dementia care on site. This position is offered on a permanent, part time basis working 10 – 20 hours per week.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in cleaning ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment, and be of a friendly nature, as interaction with our residents is core to our culture.

About You

• Previous experience working as a Domestic Assistant / Cleaner, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
• Have a ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
• Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
• Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to apply for one)
