Client Relations Specialist - Investments

About the Role : We’re looking for enthusiastic Investor Relations Executive to join our team and help investors have a seamless experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries through calls ensuring clarity, professionalism, and care in every interaction.

Our mission is to make high-quality investment opportunities accessible to everyone by bridging the gap between traditional low-risk and high-risk investment options.

🧩 Roles & Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from investors and assist them with queries. Explain product details clearly and confidently. Maintain a positive, professional, and empathetic communication tone.

Share customer feedback and insights with the Product and Marketing teams.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.

🎯 You Can Apply If You Have :

Good English and Hindi communication skills Clear speech, confident tone, and patience while handling customer calls.

Basic understanding of financial products (FDs, mutual funds, etc.).

A genuine desire to help customers and provide great service.

🕒 Work Schedule :

5-day working (roster-based).

Work Mode : 100% Remote (Work from home).

Freshers with internship in finance can also apply.
