As part of your day-to-day work, you will do

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to upsell / upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.
  • Clearly explain product details, features, and benefits to drive conversions.
  • Maintain and update customer data and call logs in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
