Senior Recruiter (Product-based Companies)

If you have primary experience in closing roles for product-based companies, this is for YOU!

As a key player in our talent acquisition process, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in recruitment for US-based roles of product-based companies (startups)

Key Responsibilities :

• 1. Sourcing the right profiles from US-specific job portals like Dice, LinkedIn and Indeed and for India-specific job portals like Naukri.
• 2. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to identify top talent
• 3. Managing client relationships and understanding their hiring needs
• 4. Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate data
• 5. Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends
• 6. Negotiating job offers
• 7. Collaborating with team members to ensure successful recruitment outcomes
• Mentoring Junior Recruiters and managing a team of 3-5 people.

Other requirements

1. Recruiters with experience in closing for roles at product-based companies

2. Experience in closing for US-based roles is also a plus
