Job descriptionCultivate strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive client satisfaction and retention. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on recruitment best practices and industry trends. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide coaching, training, and support to enhance the performance and development of the sales team. Set clear goals and expectations, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to align sales strategies with business objectives. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights, feedback, and market intelligence to inform product enhancements and business decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a sales team to drive results. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Experience in the recruitment industry or selling SaaS solutions is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and strategic approach to sales. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
