Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to represent TRS and build strong connections with preschools and schools in the assigned area. The role involves on-ground visits, presenting TRS offerings, generating leads, and driving admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Visit preschools and schools to introduce TRS and promote our programs.
Build and maintain relationships with school heads, counsellors, and administrators.
Conduct presentations about TRS and highlight our strengths and unique offerings.
Follow up with prospective parents / schools to convert leads into admissions.
Maintain daily visit reports and share regular updates with the management.
Represent TRS professionally during field visits, events, and outreach activities.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in field sales or school outreach (freshers may apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, and comfortable travelling within the assigned area.
Ability to build rapport and represent TRS with professionalism.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable.
Preferred Attributes
Pleasant personality, approachable, and child-friendly.
Good presentation skills.
Own vehicle preferred. ( Travel reimbursement)
