We are looking for an

Operations Specialist

who can efficiently manage

day-to-day AI Ops activities, streamline workflows, and ensure smooth cross-team coordination . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with automation tools, prompt workflows, and complete end-to-end operational ownership — from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.

Job Responsibilities :

Manage and execute ongoing AI Ops tasks

with clear accountability and timely delivery.

Build, optimize, and maintain automation workflows, pipelines, and task queues.

Own

end-to-end operational cycles : requirement gathering, task execution, QA checks, delivery, and reporting.

Work closely with internal teams (digital marketing and HubSpot teams) to ensure smooth operations and collaboration.

Track process performance, proactively flag risks or delays, and drive corrective actions.

Maintain SOPs, documentation, dashboards, and status reports

for transparency and process consistency.

Identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and implement scalable workflow enhancements.

Preferred Experience :

Proven experience in

end-to-end operations management, preferably in AI

or fast-paced tech environments.

Strong understanding of automation tools, prompt workflows, and productivity platforms (e.g., Make (Integromat), ChatGPT, Zapier, etc.).

Ability to coordinate across teams, manage parallel tasks, and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience working with AI models, LLM-based workflows, or customer-facing AI tools.

Exposure to project management, reporting dashboards, or operational analytics.

Familiarity with QA processes, automation testing, or workflow optimization.
