Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to take manpower plan from each & every department once the AOP is finalized
• Regularly collect manpower requirement from each department head
• Has experience in Head hunting
• Has experience in Mass Hiring.
• Has worked / used different Hiring portals
• Handle and maintain job portals and recruitment agencies
• Persistent follow ups and build connect with the candidates post offer and pre- joining
• Continuously update & improve the recruitment process to improve the quality of hire

Present information & data about competitor’s salaries & roles in similar industry

Maintaining MIS Reports such as recruitment tracker, Manpower requisition tracker, Budget Vs Actual recruitment cost, attrition analysis

Education level And Relevant experience

More than 4 years’ experience in relevant field.

Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills
