Description :

We are looking for a skilled Integration Consultant Infor M3 with hands-on experience in MEC (Message Exchange Controller) to design, develop, implement, and support integration solutions for Infor M3 ERP systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling seamless data exchange between M3 and third-party systems using MEC and other integration tools within the Infor ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement integration solutions using Infor MEC, ION, and M3 APIs.
  • Develop, test, and deploy MEC flows to connect Infor M3 with external systems (EDI, WMS, CRM, etc.).
  • Analyze integration requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with XML, XSLT, Java, and MEC mapping tools to build custom interfaces.
  • Monitor and maintain MEC flows , ensuring reliability, performance, and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration needs and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve MEC-related incidents and integration failures.
  • Document integration processes and technical designs.
  • Assist in Infor M3 upgrades or cloud migrations, ensuring integrations remain functional.
  • Ensure all integration development follows Infor standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Infor M3 .
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with Infor MEC (Message Exchange Controller).
  • Strong understanding of XML, XSD, XSLT, Java, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Infor ION, M3 APIs, and BODs (Business Object Documents).
  • Knowledge of integration monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite and multi-tenant architecture (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Infor certifications (MEC, ION, or M3).
  • Experience with EDI formats and protocols (EDIFACT, ANSI X12, FTP / SFTP, etc.).
  • Exposure to Infor OS, Mongoose, or other middleware platforms.
  • Knowledge of M3 functional modules like SCM, Finance, or Manufacturing.
