Job descriptionCollaborate with data teams to define what intelligence matters — engagement scores, leader interest patterns, sponsor ROI dashboards. Convert event data into decision frameworks for future curation and sponsorships. Define data-use boundaries and responsible AI guidelines for community interactions. Ensure transparency and privacy in how leader and sponsor data are processed. Identify opportunities to leverage AI technology across the organization. Develop strategies to optimize business processes using AI. Pilot AI solutions for automation in outreach, leader mapping, and post-event analytics. Manage vendor or tool integrations related to AI. Oversee the implementation of AI-powered tools and workflows. Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-based initiatives.
Job Title : AI Program Manager
- This is a key role in defining how artificial intelligence (AI) can enhance our platform.
- You will identify high-impact use cases for AI within the Flexi ecosystem.
- You will build an AI roadmap that aligns with our 10P Playbook strategy.
In this position, you will partner with internal design, content, and operations teams to deploy AI-enabled tools that improve productivity.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building AI workflows that feel human, not robotic. You will ensure every automation still reflects our premium tone, accuracy, and personalization. You will track metrics such as time saved, engagement improved, satisfaction achieved.
