Must-Have Experience

Bachelor’s degree

in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).

Minimum 2 years

of hands-on experience developing

Agentic, LLM, and NLP-based applications .

Proficient in

machine learning ,

deep learning , and

generative AI

techniques.

Experience with

data preprocessing ,

feature engineering , and

model evaluation .

Hands-on experience with

machine learning frameworks

such as

TensorFlow ,

Keras , and

PyTorch .

Strong knowledge of

RAG-based models

to enhance AI-driven search and retrieval systems.

Experience deploying

ML models in production environments , ensuring efficiency and scalability.

Proficiency in programming languages such as

Python ,

Node.js ,

JavaScript , and

SQL .

Experience with

natural language processing (NLP)

and

computer vision

solutions.

Strong understanding of

AI / ML algorithms ,

data structures , and

model optimization

techniques.

Excellent

analytical ,

problem-solving , and

communication

skills.

Most importantly :

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlines

Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.

Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI / ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI / ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
