Location : Pune / Chennai / Hyderabad (Onsite)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Administrator to manage, optimize, and support our enterprise BI platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Tableau administration and working knowledge of other BI tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, and Qlik. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, performance, and security of the reporting environment while collaborating closely with analytics and data engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Install, configure, and maintain Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop environments.
Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within Tableau.
Monitor server performance, manage extracts, schedules, and data sources.
Perform troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching of Tableau environments.
Collaborate with BI developers and analysts to ensure efficient dashboard deployment.
Support and administer additional BI tools such as Power BI, Spotfire, and Qlik as needed.
Ensure compliance with organizational data governance and security standards.
Automate and optimize BI processes to enhance system performance and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

4+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau administration.

Strong knowledge of Tableau Server architecture, performance tuning, and upgrades.

Familiarity with Power BI, Spotfire, and Qlik administration or usage.

Experience with data visualization best practices and dashboard optimization.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
