Business Development :
- Identifying new market opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building relationships with local builders and other business communities to grow the home loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolios.
Client Management :
Providing high-quality customer service, guiding clients through the loan application and disbursement process, and ensuring customer retention.Relationship Management :
Cultivating strong relationships with banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth loan processing.Portfolio Quality :
Maintaining the quality of the loan portfolio and ensuring compliance with all regulatory policies and standards.Skills Required
